Roast - It is recommended that enhanced roasts be cooked from a frozen state at 500° for the first 30 minutes, then reduce heat to 350° F and cook until the roast is fully cooked to an internal temperature of 145° F. This takes approximately 20 minutes for each pound. Additional spices may be added during cooking. Roast that are enhanced provide a more favorable and juicier product. Once done cooking, remove from oven and let sit for 15 minutes before serving.
