Serving Suggestions:
Following preparation instructions bring 1 1/2 quarts water and 1 teaspoon of salt to a boil. Slowly add 11 ounces (312 g) of Instant Potato Mix and mix on low for 1 minute. Stop mixer, scrape down the sides of the bowl and add 2 tablespoons of butter or margarine. Mix on high for 3 minutes then serve.
