Grill - Preheat grill for 10 minutes on medium high heat (300 - 350ºF). Place loin filet on the center of the grill and close the lid. Grill one side for 12-15 minutes. Rotate and grill the other side for an additional 12-15 minutes until pork reaches an internal temperature of 145ºF or juices run clear from the thickest part. Remove the loin filet from the grill and let rest for 3 minutes before slicing.
Roast - Remove outer packaging before cooking.
Place roast in slow cooker and set temperature to low.
Place lid on slow cooker and cook on low 6 to 7 hours.
Internal temperature of roast should be 200° (thickest part) before removing from slow cooker.
Turn off slow cooker and let roast stand for 5 minutes.
While resting, remove netting before shredding. Tip- use two forks and pull roast apart and create shred.
