Preparation and Cooking:
Pan Fry - Raw Pork. Remove chorizo from casing. Cook on stovetop. Place chorizo in pan over medium heat for 8-10 minutes, breaking up meat with spoon. Cook to mimimal internal temperature of 160 degrees F.
