Boil - For Tender, Fluffy Rice: Combine in 3-quart saucepan 2 cups water, 1 cup uncooked rice and if desired, 1 teaspoon salt. Bring to boil. Turn heat down low and cover with lid. Simmer 20-25 minutes, or until all water is absorbed. Serve
