Boil - Keep product frozen until needed for service. Remove the desired number of frozen bags from the box to prepped for food service. Thaw frozen bags by placing them in a refrigerator the day before service, or thaw under room temperature running water. Once fully thawed the product is ready to be repacked for grab & go, or heated in the bag to 165 F for food service.
